In 2006 Panasonic added some exciting new features to its range of microwave ovens. These easy 'pop-out' digital dials operate the timer and the auto cook menus on some family size microwaves and micro & browner ovens. They sit flush with the control panel when not in use. A self-cleaning, Catalytic back panel was introduced to the Compact Dimension 4 range of ovens to help make light work of cleaning after roasting and grilling. A new accessory, the Panacrunch pan was introduced to the family Micro & Browners & Compact Dimension 4 ovens. The pan conducts heat and energy to the base of foods such as pies and pizzas giving them an all-round crispy finish.
