Panasonic's battery operated Ice Cream Maker is compact and cordless, and best of all requires no pre-freezing of the container before the process begins. You'll have delicious results in 2 1/2 to 5 hours. The machine can make up to 3/4 litre of ice cream or sorbet. Using one of the recipes in the book provided you simply pour the mixture into the stainless steel bowl, fix on the lid, press the button and place in your freezer.
