1. ALWAYS BUY GOOD QUALITY INGREDIENTS
The final quality and result of the bread that you make depends greatly on the ingredients used.

2. LOAF TOPPINGS
Add seeds or sprinkle cheese on to the top of the loaf just before baking. This is normally 40 - 50 minutes before the completion of the program.

3. OTHER RECIPES
When using ideas from other recipe books, we recommend that you follow our proportions of flour, water and yeast as a guide and add the other ingredients accordingly.

4. TIMER LOAVES
Do not use eggs and fresh ingredients i.e. fruit / vegetables on timer loaves, as these ingredients may stale during the rest time, thus spoiling the loaf.

5. SLICE BREAD BEFORE FREEZING
This will make it easier to remove the amount of bread that you require, without having to defrost the whole loaf.
